Served as Principal Advisor, Digital Channels at the New Zealand Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, setting strategic direction for digital services across 50+ government websites and advising senior leaders on digital investment and capability. Part of a four-person leadership team supporting 30 digital specialists across UX, accessibility, and content management, and established a 300+ member enterprise-wide community of practice.
